Your BOLO list is useless in a drawer. Put it in your pocket and in your lister
Your 'be on the lookout' list of brands that sell is loaded into the AI that writes your listings and the one that checks tags in the thrift store, so good brands get listed first and slow ones stay on the rack.

The problem
Everyone has a BOLO list somewhere. Almost nobody has it open at the moment it matters: in the store with an item in hand, or when deciding which of forty drafts to list first.
The workflow
- Keep the list as a simple sheet: brand, category, sell-through, notes.
- The listing agent reads it on every draft and adds a one-line note: "BOLO: high sell-through" or nothing.
- The scheduler lists high sell-through and in-season items first within the daily listing slots.
- The in-store checker takes a photo of the tag and answers with the BOLO note, recent sold range, and a walk-away threshold.
What happened
The list stopped being a document and became a check that runs itself.
For your store
Our honest estimate from running this. Your store and numbers will differ.
- What you need
- Your brand list in a Google Sheet (brand, category, how fast it sells for you) and an AI chat app on your phone. Free.
- First try takes
- An evening, mostly typing up the list.
- First step tonight
- Put your top 30 brands in a sheet with a column for how fast each one sells for you. Paste it into a new AI chat and ask it to check every tag photo you send against the list.
- After a week
- You will have checked a few dozen tags in stores against your own numbers instead of memory. Expect to add brands you forgot; the list improves from what you actually pick up.
