This Pendleton sat for months as 'wool shirt'. AI dated it to the 1980s from the tag in 10 seconds
Send the care tag, brand label and zipper photos you already took to an AI, and it tells you the decade and why. Vintage pieces get listed as vintage instead of sitting unseen.
Result Vintage called on every reviewed item instead of being missed on most of them

We make ChatGPT and Claude argue before a doubtful listing reaches us
When one AI isn't sure about an era, a price or whether a brand is real, it asks a second AI once with the same facts. If they agree, it goes in the draft. If not, you get both opinions in two lines.
Result Fewer wrong calls reach the review page; the seller only sees real disagreements
- Listing · Measurements · read
No size tag? One measurement tells you the size. Here's the chart we use
Simple rules that turn a chest measurement into a size: a coat is twice its chest measurement, a shirt measuring 22 inches across is a Medium, 24 a Large, 26 an XL. Fewer returns for wrong sizes.
Result No more 42R coats that were really 40L

Knee surgery, three weeks off, and the store still listed 5 a day. The setup
Draft everything before you go, then either schedule listings up to three weeks ahead on eBay or keep them as ready drafts you publish from your phone. Your store keeps its daily rhythm either way.
Result The store keeps listing daily through two weeks of recovery
- Pricing · read
Half your items selling in two days? You're pricing too low. Here's the one-line fix
Look at recent sold prices for the same item, price near the top of that range, and let auto-accept and minimum offer close the deal. Fewer two-day sales that were really underprices.
Result Fewer underpriced fast sales; prices the seller can read and override in one tap
- Photos · Listing · read
We shot 40 items in a row and never sorted a single photo. Here's how
Photograph everything in one session, drop the photos in a folder, and an AI groups them by item, crops them and tells you which items are missing a front, back, tag or measurement shot.
Result A 40-item photo session becomes 40 draft galleries without touching a photo

Three marketplaces, one pack list, zero apps to check before coffee
An AI gathers overnight orders from all three marketplaces into one list with big SKUs and photos, shown on a screen in your packing area. No more checking three apps.
Result No more checking three apps in the morning; nothing missed across platforms

AI audits 500 listings while you sleep. You tap Approve once over coffee
Each night an AI reads your live listings and lists the problems it finds: wrong sizes, missing details, bad photo order, new marketplace rules. You tap No on anything you disagree with and Approve once for the rest.
Result Hundreds of listings checked nightly; fixes applied in one tap a day

Carhartt 104078: why AI gets model names wrong, and the 10-minute fix
Keep a short list of the model numbers and colour codes you see on tags, with what they mean, and give it to the AI every time. Carhartt 104078 becomes 'Rain Defender Paxton' on the first try.
Result Right model names first time, fewer web searches per draft

Your crosslister is hiding how slowly things really sell. Here's how to see the truth
Crosslisting tools relist items every 90 days, so everything looks new. Linking each relist back to the one physical item shows real days to sell by brand, category and marketplace.
Result Honest sell-through numbers per category; the death pile becomes visible

eBay's new FCC ID rule can pull your radio listings. We caught 6 of ours in one night
Since October 2026 eBay requires an FCC ID on listings for wireless, Bluetooth and radio items. A nightly check flags every listing and draft that needs one, so nothing disappears by surprise.
Result Six affected listings found and fixed ahead of the deadline

Our AI kept making the same mistake. This trick made it stop for good
Each time you correct a size, era, colour or model the AI got wrong, the fix is saved as a test, and the AI's instructions can't change unless they still pass every saved test. The same mistake stops coming back.
Result The same mistake stops coming back; 47 of 49 vintage cases pass against 22 before

Your BOLO list is useless in a drawer. Put it in your pocket and in your lister
Your 'be on the lookout' list of brands that sell is loaded into the AI that writes your listings and the one that checks tags in the thrift store, so good brands get listed first and slow ones stay on the rack.
Result Fast sellers go into the schedule first; walk-away calls in the store take seconds

The 30-day rule: AI nudges your stale listings, you tap Approve from bed
An AI finds listings that have sat for a month, suggests a new price or an offer to watchers, and you approve each one from your phone. Nothing changes on eBay without your tap.
Result Stale listings get worked every week instead of never
