Keep a short list of the model numbers and colour codes you see on tags, with what they mean, and give it to the AI every time. Carhartt 104078 becomes 'Rain Defender Paxton' on the first try.

The problem

Workwear tags carry model numbers and colour codes, and the model does a web search every time, sometimes landing on the wrong thing.

The workflow

Start a plain file: model number, product name, and colour code to colour name. Examples: Carhartt 104078 is the Rain Defender Paxton hooded sweatshirt; B111-MOS is Moss; Workrite 560NX60 NB is navy Nomex; Ariat M5 is Slim Straight.
The file is pasted into every listing prompt as "known models".
When the seller corrects a model or colour on the review page, the agent adds the pair to the file.
A check runs on each draft: if a model number in the photos is in the file, the draft must use that name.

Searches cost time and sometimes return a lookalike. Your own store has already seen most of what you will see again.
