Three marketplaces, one pack list, zero apps to check before coffee
An AI gathers overnight orders from all three marketplaces into one list with big SKUs and photos, shown on a screen in your packing area. No more checking three apps.
What happened in our store
No more checking three apps in the morning; nothing missed across platforms
- Time to set up
- Two days of building, runs itself since
- Cost
- Free (a spare TV and a home computer)
The problem
Three marketplaces, three apps, three places an order can hide. Early-morning packing means you want everything on one page before coffee.
The workflow
- Every hour the agent reads new eBay orders through the official API, and Poshmark and Depop sales from the crosslister's sales log.
- The pack list runs 5 AM to 5 AM so it matches when the seller actually pulls orders. Monday's list covers Friday 5 AM to Monday 5 AM.
- Each line shows the SKU in big type, the first listing photo, size, and where it sold. The SKU doubles as the shelf location.
- A "packed" tick per order lives only in the screen, nothing is written back to any marketplace.
- The same page runs on a TV in the packing room through a private network, so any phone or screen in the house can open it.
What happened
Orders are pulled from one list instead of three apps. Cross-platform sales that used to be noticed a day late show up within the hour.
For your store
Our honest estimate from running this. Your store and numbers will differ.
- What you need
- eBay API access, a computer that stays on, and someone who can run a script (an AI coding tool helps). A spare TV is optional.
- First try takes
- A weekend at least. It took us two days of building.
- First step tonight
- Write down where each marketplace shows new orders and what you need on a pick list: SKU, size, photo, where it sold. That is the plan for the build.
- After a week
- Even before building anything, a written morning routine. With the build, one list instead of three apps.
Tools in this one
- Claude Code Agent that writes and runs code on your own computer. How most of the Beartooth tools were built.
- eBay API Official way for your own software to read listings, orders and traffic. Browser bots are against eBay's terms; the API is not.
- Nifty Auto Crosslister Crosslists eBay to Poshmark and Depop, relists on a schedule, logs sales.
- Tailscale Private network so your phone and TV can reach tools running on a home computer.
